Expert Data Recovery Services
WeRecoverData.com – A combination of advanced and proprietary technology, decades of experience, professional clean rooms, and world-renowned top experts in data recovery enables us to recover data from all hard drives, storage devices, removable media, flash memory chips, and enterprise complex RAID storage.
Our Data Guarantee Policy assures that no recovery fees will occur if we cannot get the required data. After evaluating the storage device, our clients will receive a price quote for their recovery case. This evaluation will determine the recovery costs and the time frame needed to complete the recovery based on the case’s complexity.
Our fees are determined by the type of storage device that has failed, the media’s physical or logical problem, and the time and expertise needed to recover and reconstruct the data fully.
Once our clients approve the free evaluation results, after we finalize the data recovery process, as part of the verification of a successful recovery, a list of files will be presented to our clients so they can identify the critical files. We will then provide the recovered data on an alternative storage device of the customer’s choosing and ship it back safely and securely.
We offer the following service options for clients to choose from:
In-lab standard recovery (complete within approximately 3-5 business days)
In-lab priorityrecovery (complete within approximately 1-3 business days)

Hard Drive Glossary
Access
Access refers to the process of retrieving data from or writing data to a data storage device.
ANSI
The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) is an organization that develops and publishes voluntary consensus standards for various industries in the United States.
ATA
Advanced Technology Attachment (ATA) is a standard interface for connecting storage devices like hard drives to computer systems. Originally designed for embedded fixed-disk storage on IBM AT-compatible PCs, ATA has become the dominant storage interface.
Bit
A bit is a binary digit, which is the basic data unit for digital computers. It can only contain the value 1 or 0.
Buffer
A buffer is a temporary storage area used to compensate for differences in data transfer or processing rates between sender and receiver.
Byte
A byte is a unit of digital information consisting of eight bits.
Cache
A cache is a small, fast memory area (usually DRAM) on the hard drive used to store temporary data that has recently been accessed or is awaiting writing to the disk.
Capacity
Capacity refers to the amount of data that can be stored in a given storage device, usually expressed in bytes.
Channel
A channel, in the context of a data cable, is a collection of electronic circuits that facilitate data writing and reading processes to and from magnetic media.
Data
Data is an organized collection of information.
Gigabyte (GB)
A gigabyte (GB) is a unit of storage. In the decimal system, 1 GB is equal to 1,000,000,000 bytes, while in the binary system, it equals 1,073,741,824 bytes. Hard drive manufacturers typically use the decimal system, while operating systems use the binary system, leading to discrepancies in reported hard drive capacities.
Jumper
Jumpers are used to set a hard drive’s attributes, such as Master/Slave. They act as simple on/off switches, connecting two pins to close a circuit. Different combinations of jumpers result in different settings.
Latency
Latency refers to the delay between making a request and receiving the corresponding response. Lower latency is preferable.
Megabyte (MB)
A megabyte (MB) is a unit of storage. In the decimal system, 1 MB equals 1,000,000 bytes, while in the binary system, it equals 1,048,576 bytes. Hard drive manufacturers and operating systems use different systems for calculating storage capacity, which can lead to discrepancies.
PATA, or Parallel ATA, is an older hard drive interface standard that uses a 16-bit parallel connection to link storage devices and motherboards. It is also known as IDE or EIDE (Enhanced Integrated Drive Electronics). Two popular PATA standards are ATA-6 (also known as Ultra ATA 100 or Ultra DMA 100) and ATA-133, with maximum bandwidths of 100 MB/s and 133 MB/s, respectively.
SATA (Serial ATA)
Serial ATA (SATA) is a hard drive interface standard that uses serial signaling technology to connect storage devices to computer systems. SATA offers several advantages over PATA, including longer, thinner cables for better airflow within computer chassis, fewer pin conductors for reduced electromagnetic interference, and lower signal voltage for minimized noise margin. SATA also provides greater bandwidth, with SATA 1.0 reaching 1.5 Gb/s (150 MB/s) and SATA 2.5 supporting up to 3 Gb/s (300 MB/s).
SCSI (Small Computer System Interface)
SCSI is a standard interface for transferring data between devices and computers. Its ability to compartmentalize diverse operations makes SCSI well-suited for multitasking operating environments. When multiple devices are connected, SCSI

1. Unplug all cables.
2. Remove the screws on the rear of the PC.
3. Slide both side panels off from the back of the PC.
4. On other cases, it may be necessary to remove the front of the PC so that you can remove the drive cage. If so, press in on the tabs that retain the front cover, and pull forward. Carefully detach any cables that may also be attached to the front cover.
Step 2: Disconnecting the cables
1. Locate the hard drive. The hard drive is usually under the CD and DVD drives and has a thin flat ribbon cable.
2. Disconnect the IDE or Serial ATA cable and the power cable from the back of the drive.
IDE Hard Drive

CAUTION: You need to unlatch the cables for Serial ATA drives. Press the latch and pull the cables. Failure to unlatch the connector may damage the hard drive.
Step 3: Removing the drive
If the drive is attached to the chassis or drive cage with screws, remove the screws and slide the drive out.
If the drive is retained by a plastic latching system, lift the latch to slide the drive out.

My hard drive is making clicking noises, can the data still be recovered?
If the hard drive is making sounds it has never made before, stop your work immediately; keeping it on or force reading it may cause more damage. Call, bring it in or ship it to us. We can still help you recover the data.

My external hard drive is asking to be initialized or formatted. I need some of the files on it. Should I use some utility to try and fix this myself?
If the data is critical, we don’t suggest running any utilities on it. We’d rather have you bring the drive in for a professional data recovery engineer to examine it. Be aware – utilities are never guaranteed, and can often cause more harm than good.

Our RAID failed, we re-striped/re-initialized the RAID array, formatted the array and copied data back to it. Is there a chance of recovering the data before the re-striping/re-initialization?
We can possibly recover the data in these cases. It will depend on the RAID controller’s functionality and how much data was copied to the array. We have done this before. See more: RAID Data Recovery

What is your success rate?
We recovered cases where many other including other “world leaders” data recovery providers failed to recover. We have a proof of that; we can email that to you, simply call us and request proof. We do not publish the success rate in order not mislead our customers due to false claims made by other small data recovery providers. We know that if its technically possible, we will recover it. If we cant recover it, no one can.

RAID Recovery – Vidipax
In the middle of changing an office domain, the main file server at Vidipax went down, evidently a physically damaged RAID. Workers at Vidipax then discovered that the tape backup had not been functioning properly; about 5 months of work was gone. One of the things the server drive array had contained was a huge database for their biggest client, the Coca-Cola Company, and it was almost time to deliver to them. If the data could not be recovered, Vidipax would almost certainly go out of business.
(The Coca-Cola Company) , and it was almost time to deliver it to them. If the data was lost, Vidipax would almost certainly go out of business.
Vidipax called us, we worked on it and recovered all the lost data.
” All our data is fully restored, and we’re back to normal. Thanks so much for saving our business!”
Simon Hinkler VidiPax NYC
RAID Recovery – TBRC
The project manager of TBRC brought us hard drives from a Dell server after a power outage.
A Linux operation system was originally installed on that server with an EXT2 file system on a RAID array.
Our engineers examined the array and determined that there was a physical corruption, most likely caused by the power outage.
After the customer approved the price quoted, we started the recovery and successfully recovered 100% of the RAID data.
For reference call us to get the contact information.
Snap Server – Adaptec
An Adaptec snap server being used as a NAS (Network Attached data Storage) unit for one ofForbes.com’s departments was sent to us after the one of the drives failed.
The server consisted of 4 drives of 250GB each. After getting notice that one of the drives failed Forbe’s IT department called Adaptec-Snap Server Tech Support for help. Adaptec said they would ship a replacement drive overnight. Forbe’s IT department received the replacement drive, and replaced it with the failed one; during the process of rebuilding the RAID 5. Unfortunately, a second hard drive failed.
Forbe’s IT department talked to Adaptec Tech Support but they couldn’t help them get the data back. Eventually they concluded that the data was lost. Forbes contacted us and we advised them to only bring the drives. As this was a high priority case, Forbes asked to have the recovery expedited.
After a quick evaluation that took about 2 hours, we determined that a recovery was possible. It was decided to move forward and complete the recovery.
After the completion of the recovery, Forbes received a file list of the recovered data. After receiving approval from Forbes that we had successfully recovered their critical data, we began the data prep process.
Forbes.com has since registered as a corporate partner of ours to get a better response in case of another future data loss situation.

Then we discovered that the tape backup had not been functioning properly, so we’d lost about 5 month’s work. One of the things the disc had contained was a huge database for our major client ( The Coca-Cola Company ) , and it was almost time to deliver it to them. If we couldn’t get our data back we would almost certainly go out of business. We called the lab and took the server in for data recovery. They worked on it for over a week, and in the end recovered all the lost data. Needless to say, we have everything double backed-up now. ”

“I received my HDDs back today, and I want to thank you very much for everything that you did to recover our data. I really appreciate you taking time to work through Blue Maxx Marketing’s unique situation and for the outstanding customer service that you provided. You exceeded our expectations! The level of customer service that WeRecoverData.com provided is unparalleled. Starting with my first interaction with telephone support, to the excellent care and courtesy provided by the representative at your Center City Philadelphia drop-off location, to the continued telephone and email updates that were provided during the process, and finally the insurance and processing support. I am a happy-happy-happy customer! Our files have been recovered and to my surprise our file structure is intact. Great job!”

“Before I forget, I want to thank you and your crew for the fabulous job of data recovery from my PC’s failed hard drive. With the DVD you gave me, I was able to drag and drop ALL of my old documents and photos right onto my new iMac. It was a very happy ending to an otherwise nightmarish ordeal. Hats off to you and your whole gang!
Tim Gallivan NYC
“I would just like to say thanks to you and the team of WeRecoverData. You have done the best possible job and as such, you gave me access to past memories that I cherish a lot. It was a great pleasure for me and my little family to go back in time, three years ago. Thanks for your professionalism, thank for your understanding, thanks for the extra work. Good luck with your business. I am not afraid though; with people like those I met on this project, you will prosper.”
Sebastien Barrette Montreal, Quebec
To the Kindhearted Director, Administration and Workers of WeRecoverData.com:
“My name is Adrienne Conde and I am a stage 4 metastatic terminal breast cancer patient. I have been scanning, photoshoping, organizing and categorizing my 1000’s of photos to publish a book for my daughter.
Unfortunately, I lost the habit of backing up my work on my external hard drive and as you might guess, my laptop crashed. I took it to my regular IT guy and he informed me there was no saving anything. You reassured me you guys could recover my data and were going to help me.
Words cannot begin to say “Thank You.” Compassion was demonstrated by cutting the price and offering me a payment plan. Even in a company of your size and magnitude, you took my calls and you listened with compassion. My daughter is going to have her book to look at over the years after I’ve passed and each and every one of you will have taken a part in that.”
If at all possible, remove the media from the computer. Get expert help if necessary. Send us just the hard drive(s), tape(s), floppy, jaz, zip, optical, flashcard, microdrive etc..
ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), often called “static electricity”, is the shock we receive after walking across a carpet. In a technical environment, ESD can be very costly by harming devices or components. ESD may cause a catastrophic failure that appears immediately or a latent failure in which gradual degradation occurs during use, resulting in eventual failure. Before moving a computer, hard drive, or other component, discharge personal static build up by touching a grounded metal object, such as a plugged-in computer chassis.
Handle a hard disk drive as you would handle an egg. Handle failed hard disk drives with the same care as new drives.
Packing Instructions
Use the original shipping materials, if you still have them. If not, they are relatively easy to replicate.
Wrap media in an anti-static bag or similar material to prevent ESD. Use a box that is at least twice the size of the media so that the media can be suspended in the middle of the box. We recommend a minimum of two inches of insulation all around for a 2 lb drive. Pack securely with foam, bubble wrap, or newspaper so the media will not move from the middle of the box.
Avoid using packing peanuts as contents will settle to the bottom of the box.
If sending a computer, laptop, or notebook, use great care to ensure proper cushioning and protection. We recommend at least 6 inches of insulation. The heavier the unit, the more insulation is required.
Make sure the package is clearly labeled as FRAGILE and don’t forget to include the completed and signed evaluation request form.
Shipping Instructions
Please print out the label after you submit the case online and attach it to the box, or you can use any other courier to generate a label using the address you chose when submitting the case.
If you dont use our case generator label, please write the case number on the box.
Submit a Case
Submit a case using our online web portal.

SQL Server Data Recovery
SQL Server is a robust, powerful, and versatile relational database management system (RDBMS) developed by Microsoft. It is designed to manage and store structured data in a highly efficient and secure manner, making it a popular choice for businesses and organizations of all sizes. However, as with any technology, there are situations where data loss can occur. That’s where WeRecoverData’s expert SQL Server Data Recovery services come in.
Facing issues with your SQL Server database? At WeRecoverData, we understand the intricacies of data recovery and are prepared to handle a wide range of potential problems. Our expert team is equipped to deal with various issues, including:
Corrupted Database MDF files
Deleted Data or Dropped Objects (tables, rows, records, system objects)
Deleted or Corrupted LDF log files
Torn Page Detection
I/O errors in the SQL server
SQL Database in “suspected” mode
Corrupted SQL backup files
Our comprehensive data recovery process begins with a thorough analysis of the storage device or files to identify the problem’s nature and the extent of the damage. In many cases, media errors (e.g., Hard drives or RAID errors) may cause SQL database corruption. When possible, we recommend sending us the physical storage device on which the SQL database was stored for evaluation, as it often yields better recovery results at the hardware level.
However, if sending us the physical drives is not technically feasible, we can work directly with the affected files. You can upload the files to us or send them on physical media after submitting a case and contacting us for the FTP details.
Each data recovery job is unique, with variations depending on the file version, size, and problem at hand. The evaluation results will inform the customer about what we can recover, the expected time frame, and the associated costs. It is then up to the customer to decide whether we should proceed with the recovery.
Upon successful recovery, we will provide the results to the customer for verification. This includes information such as the names of the recovered tables and the number of rows in each table.
Trust WeRecoverData with your SQL Server Data Recovery needs and experience our fast, reliable, and secure services tailored to your specific requirements.

The first step is always to analyze the storage device or file to identify the problem’s nature and the damage’s extent.
In many cases, media error (Hard Drive or RAID errors) causes the database to be corrupted.
Therefore, If possible, it’s strongly recommended that you send us the physical storage device on which the database was stored for evaluation. We tend to get better recovery results when we complete the recovery at the hardware level.
In many cases sending us the physical drives would not be technically possible so that we can work on the actual file.
You can upload it to us quickly using our 100MBps internet line or send it to us on a media.
If you wish to upload a file to us, please submit a case and contact us for the FTP details.
Each job is unique and will vary according to the file’s version, size, and problem.
The evaluation results tell the customer what we can recover, how much time it will take, and how much it will cost.
It is up to the customer to decide whether we should proceed with the recovery.
The recovery results will be submitted to the customer as part of our verification of a successful recovery process.

At WeRecoverData, we understand how important your data is, and we have the expertise and tools to fully recover all types of data from Apple Xserve and Xsan architecture, regardless of the RAID level. Our recovery labs have extensive experience in recovering data from all types of Apple Xserve RAID, including RAID 5, as well as supporting RAID levels of 0, 1, 3, and 0+1.
Apple Xserve is a high-performance server architecture that runs on a standard parity-enabled stripe set, where each RAID stripe features 64k-128 sectors, along with individual files strewn across the array’s disks. While Apple Xserve is a reliable server architecture, it is still susceptible to data loss due to various reasons. When data loss occurs, it is critical to seek the help of data recovery professionals to retrieve lost information.
WeRecoverData is an industry leader in data recovery services with extensive experience in recovering data in all types of Apple Xserve RAID configurations. Our team of highly experienced data recovery professionals can provide the expertise needed to seamlessly and successfully recover data from any level of RAID. Whether it’s a physical or logical failure, user error, or any other reason for data loss, we can help recover your valuable data.
Common Reasons for Data Loss in Apple Xserve:
Physical Apple Xserve RAID Server failure – Just like any other device, this kind of physical failure of Apple Xserve controllers is common in nature. Anytime you can find yourself at a loss of data. When Apple drive failure happens, RAM, motherboard, power supply, or backplane may also start to show signs of dysfunction.
Logical Failure of Apple Xserve – Logical failures happens when the Operating Systems start to malfunction. The reasons for such failure can be myriad – virus attack, power failure, or improper shutdown. However, the outcome is the same – data loss. Hence, you have to look for an expert data recovery company to get an idea about what to do next.
User Error – Whenever a user error occurs, what you have to do is just stop working and turn the system off. If you can tackle the initial problem, then more than half of your problem becomes sorted. However, if anything goes wrong and the system crashes, then worry not.
We understand that data loss can occur at any time, and downtime can be costly for businesses. Therefore, our data recovery experts work around the clock to ensure minimal downtime and provide speedy data recovery services. In emergency cases, we can recover data from an Apple Xserve RAID in a matter of hours.
At WeRecoverData, we give due importance to each of the data recovery cases, ensuring high-quality services with minimum downtime. Our expert engineers will conceptualize a proper plan for recovery and provide excellent speedy data recovery services for you.

Each recovery case begins with a diagnostic to determine the potential for recovery and to provide a firm price quote for your review.
The initial diagnosis determines whether the media is accessible to our lab equipment. If so, the priority is to create a raw image of the data on WeRecoverData.com® media so that logical analysis can determine the nature of the data loss situation. If the media is inaccessible, our lab will test the components and closely examine its internal health to determine the extent of physical damage.
Recovery of crashed hard disks often involves replacing failed or damaged components in a clean room environment and using specialized hardware and software tools to create the raw image.
Failed components typically include electronics, read/write heads, head assemblies, magnets, and drive motors.
Logical data recovery uses the raw image by examining the low-level data sectors and determining what fixes to file system structures are needed to access the critical data. Sometimes the existing file system structures are missing or damaged so much that data has to be extracted directly from one or more fragments of the raw image.
WeRecoverData.com® programmers have created a complete set of software tools our engineers use to analyze, fix and recover data from raw images of all operating systems.
Once a recovery has been successfully performed, file lists are created, and data validity and integrity are checked.
The recovery results will be submitted to the customer as part of our verification of a successful recovery process.
We will supply the recovered data on whatever medium the customer specifies.

At WeRecoverData.com®, we pride ourselves on our expertise in RAID Data Recovery, which stands as a cornerstone among the comprehensive data recovery services we provide. RAID systems offer significant advantages in terms of data speed and accessibility, ensuring a higher level of data protection compared to non-RAID disk configurations. However, the intricacies of disk management and data distribution across these systems can be quite challenging. (Discover more about RAID)
When choosing the right company to perform RAID data recovery service, consider the following factors:
Avoid companies that require the RAID controller: If a company insists on having the RAID controller, it indicates that they may lack the expertise or advanced knowledge needed to perform successful recoveries without it.
Check for extensive RAID experience: Ensure that the company has a strong background in working with various RAID configurations and handling diverse recovery scenarios.
Assess their technical capabilities: The right company should possess advanced knowledge of file system formats at the sector level and be able to understand HEX/Binary format at the lowest level.
Investigate their success rate: Look for a company with a high success rate in recovering data from RAID arrays, NAS, or complex SAN devices, even those with non-standard, proprietary, or modified file systems.
Read reviews and testimonials: Research customer feedback to gauge the company’s reliability and effectiveness in RAID data recovery.
Evaluate their recovery methods: Ensure that the company employs safe and secure recovery techniques to avoid further damage to your data.
Inquire about their facilities: A reputable data recovery company should have state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to handle various RAID recovery scenarios.
Ask about turnaround time: Choose a company that can provide a swift and efficient recovery process, minimizing downtime for your business.
Confirm data confidentiality: Ensure that the company has strict data privacy policies in place to protect your sensitive information during the recovery process.
Compare pricing and service guarantees: Look for competitive pricing and a clear service guarantee to ensure that you receive the best possible value for your investment in RAID data recovery.
RAID Data Recovery Testimonials
“All our data is fully restored, and we’re back to normal. Thanks so much for saving our business! We were in the middle of changing our office domain, and our main file server went down, evidently a physically damaged RAID. Then we discovered that the tape backup had not been functioning properly, so we’d lost about 5 months’ work. One of the things the disc contained was a huge database for our major client (The Coca-Cola Company) and it was almost time to deliver it to them. If we couldn’t get our data back we would almost certainly go out of business. We called the lab and took the server in for data recovery. They worked on it for over a week, and in the end, recovered all the lost data. Needless to say, we have everything double-backed up now. ”

We re-striped/re-initialized the RAID array, formatted the array and copied data back to it. Is there a chance of recovering the data from before the array was re-striped/re-initialized?
It’s still possible to recover the data on these cases. It will depend on the RAID controller’s functionality and how much data was copied to the array. Contact us to determine how we can help you in your RAID data recovery process.
2 drives went down and are not recognized by the system in our RAID 5 system, can you still recover them?
It’s still possible to recover the data on these cases. We will have to create clones of the original drives with our equipment after disassembling the drives in the clean room. Then with the clones, we will rebuild the RAID array using our proprietary procedure. Please send us all drives that were used in the RAID system, we will need all of them to recover the data.
There are a number of different RAID levels:
Standard RAID Level
RAID Level 0
Striped Disk Array without Fault Tolerance: Provides data striping (spreading out blocks of each file across multiple disk drives) without redundancy. This improves performance but does not deliver fault tolerance. If one drive fails then all data in the array is lost.
RAID Level 1
Mirroring and Duplexing: Provides disk mirroring. Level 1 provides twice the read transaction rate of single disks and the same write transaction rate as single disks.
RAID Level 2
Error-Correcting Coding: Not a typical implementation and rarely used, Level 2 stripes data at the bit level rather than the block level.
RAID Level 3
Bit-Interleaved Parity: Provides byte-level striping with a dedicated parity disk. Level 3, which cannot service simultaneous multiple requests, also is rarely used.
RAID Level 4
Dedicated Parity Drive: A commonly used implementation of RAID, Level 4 provides block-level striping (like Level 0) with a parity disk. If a data disk fails, the parity data is used to create a replacement disk. A disadvantage to Level 4 is that the parity disk can create write bottlenecks.
RAID Level 5
Block Interleaved Distributed Parity: Provides data striping at the byte level and also stripe error correction information. This results in excellent performance and good fault tolerance. Level 5 is one of the most popular implementations of RAID.
RAID Level 6
Independent Data Disks with Double Parity: Provides block-level striping with parity data distributed across all disks.
RAID Level 0+1
A Mirror of Stripes: Not one of the original RAID levels, two RAID 0 stripes are created, and a RAID 1 mirror is created over them. Used for both replicating and sharing data among disks.
RAID Level 10
A Stripe of Mirrors: Not one of the original RAID levels, multiple RAID 1 mirror are created, and a RAID 0 stripe is created over these.
RAID Level 7
A trademark of Storage Computer Corporation that adds caching to Levels 3 or 4.
Nested RAID Levels
That configuration provides redundancy and is typically combined with RAID 0 to achieve better read/write performance.
EMC Corporation’s proprietary striped parity RAID system is used in its Symmetrix storage systems.
Others:
Double parity
RAID-DP RAID 1.5 RAID 5E, RAID 5EE and RAID 6E

WeRecoverData.com® provides recovery from physical and logical damage due to mechanical and electrical failure, software corruption, or human error.
Common Causes of Data Loss in Desktop PC and Workstations:
Inaccessible drives and partitions
Applications that are unable to run or load data
Corrupted data
Viruses
Hard disk component failure
Hard disk crash
Fire, water, coffee, and other liquid damage
Media surface contamination and damage
Accidental reformatting of partitions
Accidental deletion of data
At WeRecoverData.com®, we provide a comprehensive approach to data recovery from physical and logical damage caused by mechanical and electrical failure, software corruption, or human error. Our highly skilled and experienced professionals begin each recovery case with a diagnostic to determine the potential for recovery and provide you with a firm price quote for your review.
During the diagnostic, we assess whether the media is accessible to our lab equipment. If so, we prioritize creating a raw image of the data on WeRecoverData.com® media to conduct logical analysis and determine the nature of the data loss situation. However, if the media is inaccessible, our lab will carefully test the components and examine the internal health to determine the extent of physical damage.
In cases of crashed hard disks, we often replace failed or damaged components in a clean room environment using specialized hardware and software tools to create the raw image. Failed components may include electronics, read/write heads, head assemblies, magnets, and drive motors.
Logical data recovery involves using the raw image by examining low-level data sectors and determining what fixes to file system structures are necessary to access critical data. In some cases, the existing file system structures may be missing or damaged to the extent that data must be extracted directly from one or more fragments of the raw image.
Our team of programmers at WeRecoverData.com® has developed a full set of software tools used by our technicians to analyze, fix, and recover data from raw images of all operating systems. Once we have successfully performed a recovery, we create file lists and verify data validity and integrity.
Trust WeRecoverData.com® for your data recovery needs and experience our unparalleled commitment to customer service and quality results.

WeRecoverData invested significantly in research and development to learn each manufacturer and SSD model specifics data layout.
Our propitiatory equipment and technics allow us to increase the chances of success in recovering data from a physically damaged medium.
With years of research and development, we managed to recover data from SSD hard drives such as Samsung, OCZ, Intel, etc.
Bad electronics, SSD drive not recognized by the bios
Bad controller
Inaccessible drives and partitions
Corrupted data from file system corruption, virus, etc.
Hard disk crashes
Fire & water damage (Water spill or laptop got dropped into the water)
Accidental reformatting of partitions
Accidental deletion of data
The initial diagnosis determines will determine the course of action we will need to take to perform a successful recovery. With this information, we will create a recovery plan and will set a timeline.
SSD drives are more complex than HDD (spinning) disks, and they require unique techniques and in-depth engineering knowledge of the specific medium model. With SSDs, we have to disassemble the medium in our lab and work on its electronic parts with our propitiatory procedures and equipment, which allow us to acquire an image/clone of the data from the memory chips. The additional complexity with SSDs is due to multiple chips in which data is interleaved in between those chips, manufacturer proprietary data layout, and encryption. All this must be assembled into one contiguous puzzle.
WeRecoverData programmers have created a full set of software and hardware tools used by our engineers to analyze and recover data from various data-memory devices and raw images of all operating and file systems.
In general, SSD drives are not repairable. Once we successfully acquire a clone or image of your data, we will then work on the file system components to correct any issues. Eventually, follow the file structure to recover your required files, fragmented or contiguous, in one piece and examine those to make sure the files are intact and not corrupted.
Once the recovery is complete, we will verify that the recovered files match your listed required critical data. We will then verify the recovery is successful accordingly.
Once we verify the recovery is successful, only then, our finance department will process the recovery fee payment as part of our 100% guarantee policy. We will then prepare the recovered data on a drive or our secure FTP cloud and send it back to you or make it available for immediate download.
